Tension Curtains
We can manufacture single-skin curtains to measure. They are manufactured from 900 gsm UV stabilised heavy-duty cloth (which can vary according to specification and budget) and are reinforced to requirements. We also offer horizontal and vertical bands to suit the vehicle, as well as a choice of locking or non-locking buckles. The full specification of what is available is listed below;

EN Rated Curtains
We also manufacture a higher specification trailer curtain in comparison to our normal standard product. The higher standard curtain that we manufacture meets the standard of the XL EN 12642 placed by DVSA and complies with the legislation.
'The European Standard applies to body structures on commercial vehicles and on trailers with a maximum total weight of more 3500kg. The European Standard sets out basic minimum requirements for standard vehicle bodies (side walls and rear wall) and for reinforced vehicle bodies and specifies appropriate tests' [1]
Custom Made Ratchet Straps
We have supplied personalised ratchet straps for the past 20 years offering custom made straps and numerous fitting ends such as Chain Link End Fittings, Open Rave Hook End Fitting, Delta End Fitting, Twisted Snap Hook End Fitting, Flat Snap Hook End Fitting, Single Claw Hook and an Oval Link.
Our strap are made to measure in our factory and we can add ratchets, hooks or loops to whatever length you require. Every strap we make are high quality and provide durability to the cross thread that we ensure the product is .
