All of the products that are sold are guaranteed to be free from any faults or imperfections. If it occurs that a product is found faulty upon receipt, we will refund or replace the product without charge. To speed up this process, we always request that an image of the faulty item is sent for us to evaluate.
If you are not satisfied with the goods you have purchased or you have changed your mind, please inform us in writing, or via email or fax within 14 days of receipt of the goods to arrange their return. Unused good that are in their Original Packaging should be sent to:

After receiving the goods, we will inspect them and agree on a course of action. Please ensure that when the package is being sent back that it is secure and ‘as new’ condition, which will allow us to resell the product. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the goods are returned safely. Replacements or credits will only be issued when goods are recieved and signed for by our staff members.
Please note: Original carriage refunds will only be issued when goods are faulty or differ from what was advertised.
